What the medical team does
- Reviews every intake questionnaire and medical history before any treatment decision.
- Determines whether treatment is appropriate and, when it is, issues a patient-specific prescription.
- Remains available for follow-up questions, dose guidance, and ongoing care through the secure patient portal.
- Declines treatment when it is not clinically appropriate. Not everyone qualifies, and provider approval is never guaranteed.
Licensure and availability
Services are available only in the jurisdictions listed on our States We Serve page. HRDR currently serves patients physically located in all 50 U.S. states and does not currently serve the District of Columbia, U.S. territories, or locations outside the United States. Affiliated medical providers must be licensed to practice, and pharmacy partners must be authorized to dispense medications, in the patient's state.
